- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65/hour, and every project is customized to your goals. Some projects can be completed in a single visit, while others are completed over multiple sessions. My focus isn't just organizing quickly, it's creating thoughtful, easy-to-maintain systems that continue working long after I leave. You'll only be billed for the time we actually work, and I never purchase organizing products without discussing them with you first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation about what's working, what's not, and what success looks like for you. From there, we'll sort, categorize, declutter, and create systems that fit your lifestyle and are easy to maintain. My approach is calm, collaborative, judgment-free, and focused on making overwhelming spaces feel manageable.

Before starting Kelly Rohm Home Organizing, I spent more than 20 years helping organizations simplify complexity, build efficient systems, and solve operational challenges. Today I bring that same systems-thinking approach into people's homes, creating practical organization that's intuitive, sustainable, and tailored to how each family actually lives.
