Introduction: When I immigrated in 2012 from Prague, I decided to proceed and follow my dream career in fitness. Since then, I study sciences about human mind and body. Today, I primary specialize in the human body recomposition (increase muscle mass & decrease BF %) and fitness nutrition. I love to design integrated training plans suited to each client. Clear plan anchors faster behavioral change. My primary training principles are measurable progress and safety. Even though I challenge people, I always do it in a safe environment for the client. Although I am a trainer, I often miscount reps while focusing on more important elements of the exercise such as form and tempo. I'm willing to go far and beyond to guide clients to learn the exercises correct and am excited to celebrate my clients' successes. User Lucie is well educated trainer who will guide you through your training and avoid injuries. She takes time to explain everything in detail and gives you advice to manage through your diet and your rest day. I lost 20 Ibs in the first month with Lucie.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer discounts depending on frequency of the trainings and number of the sessions purchased. Please, see my galery for more.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    In the first step, I schedule a free consultation to check compatibility and asses client. Then I develop training plan and send an estimate and if I'm a good fit for the client, we make the life change happen. If I think that another trainer may be better fit, I recommend the person further. My schedule is flexible, so I like to give my clients more options and update them on the opening in my schedule to fit the best the life of my clients outside of the training.
