I started my fitness journey in November with Lisa Anne and she has truly helped me so much! Lisa Anne is truly the best! Since the moment I decided to start lifting weights and eating right to improve my body and to live a new healthy lifestyle, Lisa has walked me step by step through the process. I could not ask for the best personal trainer! She has truly helped me achieve my fitness goals and has helped me become a better person each day! In November, 2017 I started training with Lisa at Rocky Mountain Flex fitness. I was an unhealthy 98 pounds and I did not have any muscle. I realized I was not eating enough to build my body and develop my physique. I did not have good eating habit either and Lisa’s custom meal plan helped me so much. At that moment in my life I was just doing a lot of cardio and not eating enough and my body showed it. It has been a successful and rewarding experience with great results. I am very disciplined now to follow the exercises and meal plan that Lisa created special for me based on my body type and goals. After 8 months of hard work and dedication I gained 8 pounds of muscles and I am 114 pounds! The most important part of this experience is that I truly feel better than ever. I am full of energy and eat a lot of healthy wholesome foods and fun recipes Lisa gives us. This has been a life changing milestone in my life! I have never ate so much! Lisa is not only you trainer is your personal coach that will help you, she also truly cares about her clients. I will continue training with Lisa and working forward to achieve my next fitness goal to develop and strong lean body more. I highly recommend Lisa as your personal trainer! First of all, there simply are not enough words to explain how amazing Lisa is. I stumbled upon her profile on thumbtack and after speaking to her on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. I started working with her in October of 2018 and she is the most kind, caring, compassionate, and hardworking person. You can tell she truly cares about each individual she works with. She is a wealth of knowledge and a ray of light. Her training sessions are challenging but you won’t mind because you love being around her. She has helped me see my potential and has helped push me out of my comfort zone. I have gained 8 lbs of muscle with her program and can’t wait to see the future results as I compete this Spring. Lisa is an amazing trainer! She will encourage you and push you to be your best! Her workout and meal plans work effectively and just have to be followed precisely. I am so excited for my results and have only been training for six months. I have lost 4% bodyfat and gained 8lbs of muscle and am finally feeling confident to rock my bikini this Summer! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are dependent on how often you meet with me and I also offer paid in full and referral discounts too. The more often you train the less expensive each session (programming included). I’m not the cheapest trainer, but my clients get results and I truly invest myself fully in my clients transformations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we would meet for a complementary consultation. I would test your body fat / muscle mass and go over programming, pricing and we would set specific goals for your body transformation. From there I would develop a specific plan for you including meal and custom workout plan designed for you and your lifestyle. This also includes monthly progress monitoring, recipes, meal prep ideas, hour sessions 1-3X weekly and motivational support along your fitness journey. I am truly invested in my clients goals and look forward to connecting with you.
