About
NOT AFFILIATED WITH A GYM! I'm looking to train a few clients in the mornings at my apartment complex gym. It's an awesome, brand new gym that no one really uses. I recently left the fitness industry but it's always been my passion so I would like to keep a few clients in the mornings since my schedule allows it. I have over 4 years of experience in one on one training, am nationally certified, and have a B.S. in Exercise Science. We discuss your goals and that's how I develop a program for you. You won't pay any gym membership fees, sign up fees, or sign any contracts. Like I said, I'm just doing this on the side because I love helping people with their health. Here are my prices: 1) 45 minute session=$30 per session 2) 1 hour session=$40 per session You can pay a month at a time or every other week. I'm looking to see a client at least twice a week. I love being the highlight of someone's day. The best thing about training is seeing my clients get real results and knowing that I'm a part of a positive impact on their life!

Knowledgable, motivating, and flexible. Matt has been helping me train for a marathon at the gym in my office building for about 3 months now. His customized routines help me train smart to prevent injury and his attention-to-detail ensures my form is always on point. My average mile time has already decreased by 1-2 minutes! Matt does a great job designing a unique program tailored to your goals and starting point. The one-on-one atmosphere works great for staying focused and getting the most out of every work out. Matt has also helped me substantially in the nutrition department. Giving me foods to focus on and and foods to stay away from. Although any exercise program has a lot to do to what you contribute as the participant -- if you have the drive Matt can help you maximize your results.

I worked with Matt while he was living in Cincinnati. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very communicative and supportive. Helped me develop not only a comprehensive workout plan but also a meal plan to keep me on track. I only worked with him for a brief time before he moved to Colorado. I would still be working with him if he still lived in Cincinnati. I highly recommend him!
