I have been working with Jamie for the past 18 months. When I met him I was 54, overweight and out of shape. I worked too many hours and traveled a lot. I didn't think I had time to dedicate to myself and my health. I was also quite intimidated by gyms and didn't know how to get in shape. Quite simply, Jamie Atlas changed my life. I've lost 35 lbs and gone down three sizes in clothes. But most importantly, I feel strong enough to do the things I like to do (eg. ski, hike and bike) and attempt things I never thought I'd be able to do (eg. paddleboarding). This didn't happen overnight but I think it would never have happened without Jamie's help and guidance. I should stress that its not just about working out (although that is obviously important). Jamie also helps with diet and with your overall alignment. And his approach is always supportive and fun. I would recommend Jamie Atlas to anyone who wants to get in shape, get stronger and get healthier.

Jamie is an outstanding personal trainer. He has the secret sauce that pushes you to a hard and beneficial workout, but with just the right amount of difficulty. He also keeps it fun and interesting! He has a fantastic personality and delivers a great workout makes me feel wonderful and keeps me coming back for more!

During the past 2 years that I have worked with Jamie Atlas I have gotten into the best shape of my life. Jamie taught me how to run, how to have confidence in my body all while making sure that I didn't get injured. He is the most thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer I have ever worked with and the most fun.

Bonza combines challenging, functional exercise with an approachable training style and sense of community that I haven't found in other gyms. No matter what your athletic level, you'll find classes that make you sore without injuring you.

    I have over 20 years of experience in training and have been lucky enough to study under some of the worlds experts in therapy, athletic performance and weight loss. Whatever you thought a personal trainer was, I'm probably not that. I'm trained to treat you like a person and provide much more than just a workout. It's my job to be a facilitator of change while doing my best to put habits and mindsets in place so you'll be successful long after we've stopped training together.
