I have over 20 years of experience and have worked with cutting edge professionals and leaders in their field. I combine the knowledge from my neuroscience degree with my fitness and athletic knowledge as well as nutrition training to give the client the best results possible.
My husband and I hired Jamie to produce "wedding arms" for us shortly before out 2005 wedding. We had no idea that we would keep him as our personal trainer long after the wedding! Jamie's knowledge of the human body is outstanding. He is the best personal trainer that I've ever had and I've had quite a few over the years. I honestly cannot recommend Jamie highly enough! I've recommended him to any of my friends.

I've worked with a few personal trainers and Jamie is definitely the best. When I first met Jamie I was embarrassed about how out of shape I had become but he was kind, knowledgeable and hilarious. Jamie seems to know everything about nutrition and training but delivers the information in a self deprecating way that had me not only laughing but looking forward to each session. The only reason I not longer work out with Jamie is because I moved out of the country, but I still get a session in when I come back to visit Denver. Jamie is the best in the field.

Jamie is a healer. Through his extensive knowledge of the human body and amazingly, fun personality you can't help but feel better when working with him. I have lost 93 pounds with Jamie and his program. I highly recommend him to anyone in pain and / or wanting fitness in their lives.

During the past 2 years that I have worked with Jamie Atlas I have gotten into the best shape of my life. Jamie taught me how to run, how to have confidence in my body all while making sure that I didn't get injured. Jamie is an outstanding personal trainer. He has the secret sauce that pushes you to a hard and beneficial workout, but with just the right amount of difficulty. He also keeps it fun and interesting! I have been working with Jamie for the past 18 months. When I met him I was 54, overweight and out of shape. I worked too many hours and traveled a lot. I didn't think I had time to dedicate to myself and my health. I was also quite intimidated by gyms and didn't know how to get in shape. Quite simply, Jamie Atlas changed my life. I've lost 35 lbs and gone down three sizes in clothes. But most importantly, I feel strong enough to do the things I like to do (eg. ski, hike and bike) and attempt things I never thought I'd be able to do (eg. paddleboarding). This didn't happen overnight but I think it would never have happened without Jamie's help and guidance. I should stress that its not just about working out (although that is obviously important). Jamie also helps with diet and with your overall alignment. And his approach is always supportive and fun. I have over 20 years of experience in training and have been lucky enough to study under some of the worlds experts in therapy, athletic performance and weight loss. Whatever you thought a personal trainer was, I'm probably not that. I'm trained to treat you like a person and provide much more than just a workout. It's my job to be a facilitator of change while doing my best to put habits and mindsets in place so you'll be successful long after we've stopped training together.
