Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, activity level, and goals, whether you’re a lifter, runner, climber, recreational athlete, active adult, or simply someone who wants to move more comfortably in everyday life. My background includes experience as an Army Combat Medic, a collegiate lacrosse athlete, previously certified EMT, extensive hands-on assisted stretching experience, leadership in a professional mobility setting, and ongoing study toward a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.
