Wow! Noreen and Alberto have been a god send! I had a big surgery only a couple months ago and started working out with Noreen 3 weeks ago. I’m already gaining my strength back and can feel my confidence rising. Noreen pushes me hard and I love it!! They are an amazing team! Professional and communicative. I have been training with Berto for two months and have started to see some real transformation. I can definitly feel myself getting stronger from our training sessions. Berto is super flexible and can reschedule when conflicts come about. If sessions are running a little longer than planned and the session is started late he ensures that you get a full workout even if he has to stay a few minutes later than planned. He encourages you to complete all of your sets and assist you if needed. I have enjoyed training with him and am looking forward to the next few months.

Currently training with Berto! Have already seen some awesome results. He knows his stuff for sure. Was a bit nervous about the short work out bc I had a fear that it would effect my results. Definitely not the case!

I am so glad I found Berto! I've been training with him for a month and it's been the most intense and fulfilling thing I've done for myself in awhile. He pushes me beyond the limits I would set for myself, spots me and motivates me to finish my sets/reps and we have conversations about our real lives, not just the gym. He's respectful and non-judgmental of all body types, Berto's truly all about them gainz 💪😁 The value was the best I could find while looking for a personal trainer and he's able to work with my schedule! I recommend Berto to anyone who might be nervous about starting the journey to a healthier lifestyle, having a trainer gives me the confidence and will to keep showing up and strive for better!

I have been training with Berto for almost 5 months now and I have to say I am so impressed with the results I have gotten with him. I've dropped 6.5% body fat and can clearly see my growth in muscle mass and strength. More importantly, I absolutely trust Berto with my workouts, and I feel like he pushes me at the exact pace I need to go in order to keep motivation up and see actual measurable results. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure varies depending on how frequently you would be training each week. We offer 1, 2, 3x per week programs. The more you train the less you pay per session. We specialize in affordability, professionalism, and results in short periods of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Berto will contact you personally to set you up with your initial consultation, he will sit down with you and get to know your goals in full detail, Berto will put you through a short 10 min session this way you can get a feel for our training style and what we do. The consultation is always free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Berto has been personal training all throughout the corporate system since 2008. Berto has multiple personal training certificates and is also a certified Christian life coach. Berto has worked with thousands of clients over the years, has been bodybuilding for over 15 years, and has been playing sports all his life. The expertise is there.
