Hi! I'm a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach and a current personal trainer who offers a variety of training techniques to guide my client's towards their fitness or athletic goals. I have a masters degree in Exercise Science and am an ASCM certified personal trainer. I believe in hard work, dedication, scientific principles, and above all respect, motivation, and compassion as a foundation to achieve the best results possible from both my clients and myself. I work outdoors (parks, trails, and hills) and at several gyms, and I will also travel to your house, whatever is convenient for you and your schedule. My services include but are not limited to: -Personal and Group Training (in home, business, outdoors, or gym) -Boot Camp, Team conditioning (organized teams, cooperate -Strength and Conditioning for anyone, Athlete or Adventurer. -Trail race and adventure race programming and training -Kettle-bell, strongman, and outdoor based training. -Nutrition recommendation and targeted diet plans I've worked with semi-professional athletes, former Olympians, collegiate teams (men's soccer, Lacrosse, Track and Field...Women's Lacrosse, volleyball, Track and Field), and male and female clients from 16-68 yrs of all fitness and health backgrounds. A kind person and expert trainer, Malcolm is truly wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and able to adapt exercises to build strength quickly without pushing me beyond my limits. I was hesitant about strength training due to a chronic health condition, but was quickly reassured by his customized approach in our first session. So happy I took the leap with Malcolm!
