I'm an experienced, certified and insured master trainer. I serve clients across the metro area of Denver, CO. My personal training is the direct response to people's needs. If you really appreciate quality and you're looking for results, then my services are for you. I don't want you to do the same workout twice in personal training sessions; that's one of my philosophies. That way, you will never get bored, you don't get repetitive stress injuries, and your body will not adapt to a routine, so you have to continue improving to keep up. I had been lifting and working out for a few months prior to meeting Mark. I had already lost a good amount of weight but started to hit a plateau and decided I wanted to seek a personal trainer to help me break my plateau. I searched online and was having quite a bit of trouble finding a trainer that seemed to be the right match for me. I was specifically looking for a trainer with a great deal of knowledge about lifting, nutrition, weight loss, etc. Trying to find the right trainer seemed to be quite a hassle. I was connected with Mark through thumbtack and decided to meet Mark for my initial consultation. Talking with Mark for ten minutes was all I needed to believe I had probably found the right personal trainer. We have been training together for 6 weeks now and OMG this guy is fantastic. He is sooo knowledgeable in every aspect of health and training. He is very easy going and patient and you can tell immediately that he really cares about helping his clients. He is very detailed, always on time for sessions, and really goes the extra mile to help you reach your fitness goals. I have lost and additional 20lbs since I started training with Mark and have gained a ton of muscle mass. Not only that, but I also have such a better understanding of nutrition and how to properly weight lift, control my diet etc. in a way that is most beneficial to me, my health, and my safety. Mark is simply fantastic. Such a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone. Whether you are just starting to work out and want to lose weight, or if you are more advanced and want someone with a great deal of knowledge to help you maximize your results, Mark is absolutely the guy to help you achieve these goals. Mark Mueller is an excellent personal trainer and I highly recommend him. I trained with Mark for about 4 months and was very pleased with the results. I wish I was still working with him, but I moved away. He is extremely punctual, and was very motivating for me. He has a great knowledge of all things muscle and fitness and was very patient to listen to my numerous questions and suggestions. If you've never worked with a personal trainer, you are missing out, and Mark will not disappoint. He will push you. Your core will get stronger, and people will notice. Mark is very cognizant to keep you healthy, and I was very pleased with how we avoided any injuries- if a movement was awkward he was able to adapt the movements so they could performed without injury.

I started working with Mark as an out-of-shape, overweight senior citizen. . Many personal trainers have a templet and expect their clients to fit their routine. Not Mark. Mark's professional approach began with a thorough assessment of my capabilities and limitations. From there he designed a series of exercises that built my body's core, cardio and muscles. He knew just how hard to push, always with humor and patience, and when to stop. He knows which machines to use and which ones to avoid. I left each session feeling both "worked out" and enlivened. His communication skills are excellent. I am still working with him and am increasingly more and more satisfied with the results.

I have worked out with Mark for 3 sessions now and am very happy. Out of the trainers that I got profiles from Thumbtack for he was the one that called me and asked what I was looking for. He is always prompt and professional. He keeps his foot in my fanny motivation-wise but is not annoying. He also has been really good about working with my physical therapist to come up with an appropriate routine for me.

Mark is awesome! He keeps the sessions interesting by always switching up each exercise routine so you never feel like you're doing the same old stuff. He pushes you to do more but not in the intimidating, in-your-face kind of way but a really pleasant manner. It is a very gradual progression and he keeps your expectations in check. His resistance training has made us stronger and have better balance. Mark keeps track of every exercise you do so he can gauge what levels you can handle. He is careful about not aggravating injuries and modifies exercises to accommodate them. You can train in a great little gym which is never crowded. Overall, he's a lot fun and highly recommended.
