Personal Training

I just started working with Nandor last week, and I can already tell that he is a top notch trainer. I am coming from nothing, and he is pushing me and encouraging me all the way. He's extremely supportive, and does all the exercises with you to keep you motivated and working on form. Great value for what you get and I know I will get in shape with Nandor's Bootcamp!

I worked out with Nandor for almost eight years in LA until he moved to Colorado last fall. Six of those years were with a group and two were one - on- one personal training. Nandor expanded my fitness from just lifting weights to a diverse outdoor strength and cardio regimen including stretching and massage with the rumble roller. I have been training with Nandor for over 12 years. There is simply no other trainer as awesome as Nandor. Unlike other trainers, he does the entire workout with you, encouraging you, and showing you the proper form. He has the best attitude and energy. He also is so incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and body mechanics. He has made such a huge impact on my health over the years.

Nandor’s workouts were always challenging and motivating. He pushed us in class to do things we would never do on our own. Unlike many trainers he does the work out with you. He sets goals and increasingly challenges his class. Workouts are always different too which keeps it interesting.
