Introduction: The philosophy of TURBO Training is for individuals and teams engaging in our personal training programs for the sole purpose to have an abundant life. We believe that everyone was born with personal power, but few know how to plug into it. Our program emphasizes the importance of being fit emotionally, mentally and physically; just like our logo that symbolizes in the three sides. The founder and head trainer of TURBO Training, Kent Paul, is a kinesiologist, and applies the kinetic angles and secrets to maximize the human potential for fastest results. Our program believes that proper nutrition is equally important for abundant living, so we include a custom meal-plan instruction, as well as monthly seminar workshops to enhance the personal power that resides in us all. Our goal is to bring out the full potential in every person we come into contact with, through our personal training and boot camps in Denver, Colorado.
