I had a consultation about a week ago, and my experience was nothing but great! There is a fitness assessment before that is FREE to see if I wanted to start. The program gave me optimal options to fit your lifestyle and schedule. I was skeptical on how this would work since I don’t live close enough to meet for in person workouts. The friend who referred me said he would make it work. And he did! He gave me the option for in person workouts and routines I could do on my own. He also talked about classes that could be done one on one and group. Also really affordable for me which was a plus since I’m a student!

Mel, from the start had great communication and was willing to make accomadations with work outs, places to train, scheduling, and even with adding another person into the work out process. I can tell Mel is more about helping others better themselves and showing people it can be fun in the process. This is not just a job for him, he truly enjoys helping others reach their goals. He is knowledgeable not only with workouts to fit any goal levels but also what to eat during exercise and days resting, stretching techniques, and how some exercises can effect conditions like asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. Reasonably priced and willing to be flexible if need be. So understandable and makes sessions feel like your working out with a very motivating friend or family member.
