- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are current as of 1/1/2021 All package pricing includes consultation, nutrition advice and individual workout plans in addition to one on one workout time New clients - 2 sessions for the price of one (based on single session prices below, choose from 60min or 30min) Single 60min session - $75 base + travel Package of 10 60min sessions with 90-day expiration - $650 ($65 per session) + travel Single 30min session - $45 base + travel Package of 10 30min sessions with 90-day expiration - $400 ($40 per session) + travel Longer term or monthly packages are available, with discounts for up-front payment. Please inquire. Zoom sessions are available; ideally we would start with one in-person session so I can familiarize myself with your space and equipment options, but remote-only training is also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Both as a personal trainer and a physical therapist, I ask what you want to accomplish! I may offer other resources, encourage you to read a particular book, set up a twice-weekly schedule with you, or provide you with a home workout program depending on your needs and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In-progress doctorate of physical therapy, additional certifications in group fitness, triathlon and nutrition, constant research based on client requests, interaction with other professionals in my field and complementary fields such as mental health, nutrition, massage, Pilates and yoga.
