Jo Lynn is wonderful. She loves my dogs. She even woke up in the middle of the night to let them out. When I came back from vacation my house was cleaner than when I left. She felt like part of our family. I couldn't ask for better.

We love Jo Lynn! She sat for my two needy and high maintence dogs and my two skittish and freaky cats for years. Often probably treating them better than we do! They snuggled in bed with her, got extra treats and were taken on walks and outings. When we would arrive home, they wouldn't even get off the couch to greet us they were so happy being with "Nana Jo". Jo Lynn is responsible, and caring and present. Not to mention sweet, friendly and very communicative. I have referred her many times over to friends and family and they have all had the same experience. I wish we still lived in the same place, the animals miss her - and so do we!!

Our experience with Jo has been nothing less than outstanding. She has watched our two dogs, pit bull mixes, several times over the last several years as well as looked after our house while we were away. The house was maintained in perfect order and our dogs just love her. They get so excited when they see her come you know that they are well taken care of while we are away. I have complete confidence in Jo and I cannot recommend her more strongly.

Jo Lynn has taken care of my dog and home for almost 15 years and I travel quite a bit. My dog lived for 14 years and I have a more complicated home because of large swimming pool and gardens. I have complete trust in her ability and care. My dog was always a happy guy when I returned home and everything looked great! She loves animals and they love her! Jo Lynn is extremely competent, capable, responsible and trustworthy. She's the first person I call if I need a home sitter and pet sitter. The Best!

Jo was a delight to work with. All of the communication was prompt and professional. She even provided daily updates while we were gone. Best of all, our shy shelter cat actually seemed better adjusted when we returned home. It was nice to not worry about the house or our four legged family while we were on vacation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the number of animals, and types of care taking I would be required to do; i.e.: giving shots and medications, or various extra jobs around the inside/outdoor house; a large number of plants needing to be hand watered and so forth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st is: Set up a meet and greet with you and your animal/s. 2nd: Finding out everything I need to know about the animal's care needs. 3rd: Finding out all about care of house and other tasks that might be required of me. 4th: Answering any questions about me you may need to know. 5th: Me being physically there when you leave, and upon your return. 6th: Going over other personal information about my sitting requirements. 7th: Discussing whatever I will need to do to fulfill all of client's requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education is in the field! Mine is on the job training for pet sitting.
