We are Your Best Friend’s Friend (YBFF), a pet-sitting & dog-walking company founded more than 25 years ago that serves the South Metro Denver area from Glendale to Castle Rock and from Littleton to Aurora.
We offer pet and home care, including pet sitting if you are out of town or daily walks when you are working. All of the YBFF team is here because we love animals, love what we do, and we know what we would expect from someone taking care of our own pets. We work hard to personalize and customize any type of pet care need you may have.
We are an insured and bonded company, and we are active members of PSI. All YBFF team members are experienced, background checked, and trained in dog, cat, horse, fish, bird care, and more.
YBFF knows that your animals are more than pets; they are family members. They capture our hearts, share our homes, and are often given the same status as our children. Your Best Friend's Friend visited our cat every day while my wife and I were on vacation and we are extremely happy with the level of service they provided.They provided thorough updates every day with photos and detailed messages. Great experience. Went beyond to look for my scaredy cat. Even took a photo to show food and treats and made a trip back to drop off my key. Would definitely recommend!

I have two special needs puppies! They have done an excellent job on taking care of my fur babies. As well as communicating clearly on how things have been going. Which has allowed me to get little piece of heart while I am at work! I will be referring this company to everybody I know. Thank you so much for what you do😊

Absolutely Exceptional Pet Care!I cant recommend YBFF highly enough! I had a last-minute situation where my dog Leo needed immediate care, and I was incredibly lucky that they were available. Leo wasnt feeling well and had some messy accidents, but Becki handled everything with such grace, compassion, and professionalismit truly blew me away.Not only did she take excellent care of Leo on such short notice, but she also went above and beyond by cleaning up after him, even starting a load of laundry with the soiled towels before she left. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is so rare.Its clear Becki truly cares about the pets she looks after, and it gave me such peace of mind to know Leo was in such capable hands. I will 100% be using YBFF againand often! If you're looking for someone who treats your pets like their own, look no further.

We hired Your Best Friend's Friend a few days before a busy holiday weekend for our two cats after our current sitter was not available. Kelly was able to set-up a meet and greet within a day and helped us utilize the app. Celina was very timely and sent us daily notes (with photos) on how our guys were doing. Even our one very shy cat came out to see her every day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer visits from 15 minutes to 1 hour, and pricing is based on the length of the visit. YBFF offers Military discounts. For detailed information, please contact us directly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up a profile on our portal, we schedule a complimentary Meet and Greet to meet you and your pets, so that we can go over any details you would like us to know about your pet and their routine. We will answer any questions you have about YBFF and how we operate and will go over the pets' particular needs.
The information obtained from the new client meeting is entered into our system in a very detailed manner and updated when needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on the team at YBFF has been around all types of animals throughout their life. If there is a particular animal they are not familiar with, they will receive training before caring for that type of pet. The team is trained extensively with the owner other team members prior to going alone on a job. We are Certified Pet Sitting Professionals.
