Introduction

I specialize in teaching students of all ages, starting from the age of 5 and including adults. With my accelerated teaching method and approach, students are able to learn at a faster pace and retain information more effectively. My program operates year-round with sessions concluding with recitals where students are expected to perform at least several memorized pieces. Beginning piano students will gain knowledge of essential piano skills, including sight-reading, chord recognition, harmonization, transposition, harmonized melodies, and accompaniment. Additionally, to playing techniques, students will be given an in-depth understanding of music theory and history.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specialize in teaching students of all ages, starting from the age of 5 and including adults. With my accelerated teaching method and approach, students are able to learn at a faster pace and retain information more effectively. According to the student’s age and goal, I audition the students to determine where they will be placed: 45 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout her career, Tetyana had the privilege of learning from a diverse group of accomplished pianists. Under the guidance of Dr. Mykola Suk, a renowned Ukrainian-American pianist who teaches at UNLV, Tetyana is currently pursuing her Doctoral in Music Arts degree in piano performance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It takes complete dedication, discipline, and commitment to succeed as a professional musician.
