I am a passionate, experienced, professional, music teacher and I love what I do! My lessons are fun and engaging, while demanding a high musical standard, in order to help each individual reach his or her full potential. I believe that everyone has the ability to be an accomplished musician if they are willing to put in the time and effort. I feel very privileged to help my students become the musicians they want to be! Services Offered: Private piano, Music Therapy, Group Classes for Kids, Music Theory Courses, Music History Courses. As a teacher, I love seeing my students progress, whether they are looking to become professional musicians, or just learning a new skill they can enjoy for life. Helping my students develop confidence, creativity, self expression and self discipline is an incredible experience!

Amy Israel is a real discovery! We like the way she interacts with our daughter making every effort to forge a strong and trustworthy relationship. She's an excellent communicator and very responsive to all our queries. Importantly, our daughter says she teaches well. We are hopeful that our daughter will continue to love her piano lessons and develop a deep understanding and appreciation for music

Private Lessons: 30 Minutes - $30, 45 Minutes - $45, 60 Minutes - $60
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before starting lessons we will talk about the student's goals, discuss materials needed, discuss expectations and payment. The first lesson is free and includes: getting to know each other, setting up technology if the lesson is remote, starting the learning process! Typically we will schedule a weekly lesson for the desired length of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters of Music (MM), 8 Years of Teaching Experience, Music Therapist Board Certified (MT-BC), Bachelors of Music Piano Performance (BM), Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT), Attending multiple piano pedagogy and music therapy conferences/continuing education.
