We were having issues with an outdoor spigot leaking after it was turned on. Eric and Valentine were the two technicians who assisted us with our issue. They were courteous, professional and efficient. We received an estimate for repair and to replace. We chose to repair which did the job perfectly. The repair was reasonably priced too. I have used thumbtack for lots of projects and always get estimates from 6-8 companies because I know absolutely nothing about construction or plumbing and have been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. I was hoping RooterGuy was going to give me the best deal because out of all the people that showed up to my house, Chauncey with RooterGuy was my favorite. He was the only one who actually investigated my issue (crack in my sewer line) thoroughly and was very professional. I was really happy when he sent me an estimate for half the price of 4 of the companies on here and a few thousand less than the rest of them. The actual job went seamlessly, they were on time, quick and followed up with me. I will use them for all of my future projects. Thanks guys!
