Mike definitely did a neat work for me this Saturday. We did four houses in one morning. He has been thorough on the cleaning work. A little pricy comparing to other quotes I got. But the whole results seems to be good so far. I can tell more after the next snow for sure

Francisco was amazing. He took care of many of my rental properties and went above and beyond. On one he saw broken clay tiles on the roof and went back to replace them. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance includes the following
Trim trees away from roof/gutter line as needed, clean off roof and roof valleys, scrape existing gutter
system with 2inch putty knife by hand to remove the years of built of debris and scoop into
bucket/bag to haul away at end of job. With high power blower, Blow off roof, gutters and grounds.
Then power flush all gutters with high pressured hose and nozzle to ensure proper water flow and
drainage. This ensures all outlets elbows and downspouts are clear and flowing properly. After flush if
any Repairable leaks are detected, we will seal them with gutter sealant. Reset any loose hangers or
spikes. Supply and install outlet screens for downspouts as needed. Before during and after pictures
will be taken as needed and sent when job is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my jobs I’m able to complete with very little contact.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used work as a carpenter building custom homes in Montana
