What great service. Thank you. Holly was great at answering all my questions. Alex the installer was so clean and efficient, he did such a wonderful job. I went from a radon level in the 40s to 0.9 after mitigation. Tremendous company. Thank you so much. Will recommend to all friends and family.Feb 23, 2019Review from GoogleRadon Safety LLC's reply

This is the second home that weve used Radon Safety LLC. Their pricing is fair but its their service that sets them apart. Contracting is simple and easy. Scheduling was quick. The installer was on time, friendly and performed the work in about an hour and a half. The work area was fully cleaned after completion. It was made very clear (and with a smile) that if I encountered ANY issues I should call and they would return and make it right.Mar 18, 2019Review from GoogleRadon Safety LLC's reply

Priced well, and very courteous, tidy and efficient. They definitely stand behind their work. When our post-installation radon test came back as not being low enough, they came back 3 more times to make it right. (Turns out the soil under my slab is a bit troublesome.) They didn't charge me anything for the additional testing or equipment, and always came back out very promptly until the job was done. I wish all service providers were as easy to work with as this group!Mar 15, 2019Review from GoogleRadon Safety LLC's reply
Hi Martin, Thank you very much for the great review! Radon mitigation can be tricky, but we work very hard to get to the bottom of every single home we mitigate. It's wonderful that you added the specifics about your experience and our need to make return visits...because people buying radon systems can benefit by knowing this isn't always easy. Please don't hesitate to reach out with anything you need going forward! Thanks again! Holly & The Radon Safety Team

We've used Radon Safety on two homes and they've been excellent to work with. Holly at the office has always been super on top of it, and our techs in the field have been awesome. Had a fan start to make noise on a system after a year and they came out the next day and replaced it, no questions.Mar 5, 2019Review from GoogleRadon Safety LLC's reply
