Elza is a tremendously talented practitioner with an intuitive knowledge of how to treat a variety of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual ailments. After appointments with her, I start to notice big shifts right away. I always have more energy and feel more productive. She helps you to quickly get to the root of your issue and sets in motion the steps to overcome it. I study 64 plus hours of continuing education annually. I have advanced training in structural integration, Classical Chinese medicine, Reiki, qi gong, and functional movement.
