Individual services are priced at $50 for résumés, $75 for a résumé + cover letter, and $100 for a résumé + cover letter + LinkedIn profile package. My pricing reflects the exceptional quality of work I provide. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is focused on clear, efficient communication to meet each client's unique needs: 1. I start with a consultation via email or phone to understand the client’s background and career goals. 2. If they have a resume, I request it for review along with any additional details they want to include. For those without a resume, I provide a simple questionnaire to gather key information. 3. With all the necessary details in hand, I begin crafting the documents, delivering results within 3-5 business days, or sooner for urgent requests.

I hold a PhD in Rhetoric and Communication Studies which equips me with the skills to help clients communicate their value effectively and elevate their careers. My minor in Digital Media enhances my ability to create tailored, compelling content for résumés, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. With over a decade of experience, I have assisted hundreds of clients in framing their expertise for maximum impact. While I paused my Thumbtack Pro profile in 2020 due to increased responsibilities in higher education project management during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am now fully back and committed to providing top-notch services.
