Bear was very knowledgeable, and easily determined what the problem was and ways to fix it. He was very responsive and punctual. His work was excellent and fixed the ice damming problem we were having. His work was very reasonably priced as well. And to top it off, he was super friendly and personable. We highly recommend using Bearanteed Roofing!

I was looking for a roofer, Bearanteed was on a project down the street from me. I started a conversation with Bear, and he pointed out on neighboring houses that were recently completed what the difference was with his work compared to the other finished projects. I was convinced at this point to hire Bearanteed Roofing. Bear spent time discussing different roofing material grades and value based on our location on the Front Range with risk of frequent hail storms to help us decide what products where appropriate and not be over-sold. After tear-off we discovered the roof sheathing didn’t come completely down to the gutters leaving no support for the first row of shingles. They furnished sheathing to fill in the void; previous TWO re-roofs didn’t provide this quality of customer care. There were a couple of other tasks they completed that were above expectations, but the one I was impressed most with was the extra effort to add ‘eye-brows’; where the last or top row of shingles are nicely trimmed in to cover most of the metal flashing where the roof approaches the siding on the second story. Really made the job look professional. We were extremely pleased, think you will be as well.

I live in Cheyanne Wells. A hailstorm hit my area last June during covid, both cars were beaten to crap, took out a few windows, and also beat the absolute hell out of my roof. Bearanteed knocked on my door the next day and consulted me on what to do and the damages. They were so on top of getting back to me over the entire experience, it was the least stressful process of the entire ordeal hands down. The owner monitored my entire experience with his company. He has made long term customers our of us. Highly recommended

Had concerns about wear around piping and vents in the roof. I was expecting a big bill to replace or repair parts, irrespective of the condition. They provided a free HONEST consult and explained that there was nothing to worry about at this time AND why! So helpful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free evaluations and estimates. Prices vary depending on size of project and materials used. Residential repairs start at $250, commercial repairs start at $500. Take advantage of our monthly specials!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates, upon acceptance of our proposal 50% down payment is required to start work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and customer satisfaction.
