- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and fair market value pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ECO Roof and Solar will inspect your roof, either virtually with our drone technology, or in person as the client prefers. After the inspection we will provide a completed Damage Observation Report, as well as recommendations for next steps. We are insurance and restoration experts, and provide excellent customer service from beginning to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are HAAG certified, GAF Master Elite certified, we continue education through classes with the CRA.
