My husband and I worked with Kayleen Kesterson and Eco Roof and Solar to get our roof replaced from hail damage that happened this past May and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our roof has been replaced and the crew that worked on it took extra care to clean up debris and materials after they were done. We had multiple layers on our roof so that was a ton of debris. Kayleen also went above and beyond in my opinion to meet with us on multiple occasions to explain the details of the replacement process. I will be recommending Kayleen to all my friends and family for any roofing needs.

ECO Roof and Solar replaced our roof 4 years ago. There was a problem with the shingles that didn't show up until this year but due to an error when registering the warranty when the roof was replaced, GAF only reimbursed us for a portion of the cost to replace the roof. When we contacted ECO and explained the problem to them, they agreed to accept the settlement from GAF as full payment for a new roof and replaced ours at no cost to us. We want to thank Amber, Pam, and the crew headed by Jose for resolving this so promptly and for their careful attention to make sure that we were satisfied with the final results (we were). Thanks for your fine work, ECO. We really appreciate it.

We offer competitive and fair market value pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ECO Roof and Solar will inspect your roof, either virtually with our drone technology, or in person as the client prefers. After the inspection we will provide a completed Damage Observation Report, as well as recommendations for next steps. We are insurance and restoration experts, and provide excellent customer service from beginning to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are HAAG certified, GAF Master Elite certified, we continue education through classes with the CRA.
