Francisco from Obsolete tile Roofing responded quickly to inspect my leaky roof issue coming from around the chimney. He inspected - took pictures and showed me where the suspected leak was coming from. I felt he gave me an honest estimate and I also liked that he gave me a 1 yr warranty on the work performed. I hired him on the spot and he performed the work 2 days later. I would not hesitate in recommending his company for any future roof repairs.

Francisco was very thorough, not only cleaned my gutters and identified why they weren't draining, but also thoroughly inspected my roof. He identified and documented a corner of the vent that had separated and would allow water to seep into the basement. He was prepared and fixed the corner like the pro that he is. I am very satisfied with his work!

I've hired Francisco a couple times now. First to replace some whirley vents and some broken concrete tiles. Then fix a leak from the flashing around a skylight. With all the hail and rain in town I was looking at 4-6 weeks to get someone out, but he came the next day. He did a great job at a reasonable price and backs his work with a 2 year leak warranty.
