The tech came out reviewed the system I bought, was not familiar with it, reviewed the instructions and figured out it was a simple install just a system he had never installed but installed it and made sure it was working appropriately helped me to download the app and confirmed I could connect. My system took a longer than expected to download but the tech remained until he confirmed everything was working as expected. It works like a charm. Thank you for all your help.
