It was a small job and Jake and Parker were prompt and efficient and quick. The most important thing was that I felt comfortable having them in my house which was a big concern for me and why it took me almost a year to get around to rearranging this furniture. I explained exactly what the job was and I was surprised that they did not bring any tools with them. For every other move, the movers have had tools to take apart the headboard and bed frame. This was not really a problem as I have plenty of tools. Just a comment.

Sorry about the confusion with the tools, when we get request for just labor help, our movers don't come with any tools or equipment for the move. Guys showed up on time, cranked everything out super quick, didn’t seem like a super expensive price .. felt like I wondered if the guys got stuff to the truck yet and there they are when I turn around - both very speedy movers. Yonni and Peyton, thanks again.

My two movers were excellent, timely, and very patient with me. We realized my error in not having requested equipment along with my movers (double check you've selected all the correct options when you request on their website!!) and quickly had to scramble for a Uhaul. Luckily, there's a location five minutes from me that had a vehicle. My lead Bellhop came with me to pick up the truck while his partner stayed and kept moving boxes. While I paid (literally) for my error, my Bellhops were still able to move things in record time and keep me close to my quoted time. I would definitely work with them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:
Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
