I had a hard task, with lots of debris to be picked up. They gave me a quote, and when they saw there was more than expected, they honored their original quote anyway. Since it was more than expected, they worked until dark… AND THEN KEPT GOING. They said they were going to get it done that night, no matter what. And then it started raining. And yet, they continued. Through the darkness and the rain, they finished what they started (instead of trying to come back later), and did it well. I cannot say enough about how impressed and pleased I was with their work ethic. Everything looks great now as well!

Dustin and Gabriel were phenomenal! I had 3 VERY large antique black Lacquer wardrobes that needed moving, and they were exceptional in their planning and coordinating. It went so well and so efficient that they were done before we knew it! Thanks again, fellas! You made our weekend! We couldn't have asked for better movers! Sway and his co worker did an awesome job. They were very professional and very courteous. Took extra precautions when moving my furniture out the house making sure nothing was damaged. They were on time and their rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I had two very heavy items to move. A
large upright piano ( about 400 pounds) and a very long and large pinball machine. There was an outside incline of stairs. It was complicated. There were three guys. Two were highly experienced. They really needed to know what they were doing! They were great. Also easy to work with. Definitely recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The clock starts when movers arrive at your pick up location and ends when they have placed everything to your liking in your home. Base pricing includes labor, protective equipment like shrink wrap and moving blankets and general liability insurance. We are also fully licensed. All jobs have a 2 hr minimum (except specialty items) and we bill in 15 minute increments. You are not bound by the estimated time, only time worked. We take a $25-50 deposit which is credited to your move day for a job to be fully confirmed. Please call the office to speak to a moving specialist about ways to be prepared and keep moving time to a minimum. Thank you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have a personal connection to our customers. We like to call our customers for any details that are important to them and for the move to go as smoothly as possible. We understand that moving can be stressful and we like to help as much as possible at reducing that stress. A phone call is the best way to do this, but we can also be reached here on Thumbtack messenger or our office line (see profile) can also be texted for your convenience. We typically reach out 1-2 days in advance of the move to confirm everything is good on your end. And we are always available via call, text, or email to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you!
