I like to educate my customers on what is good and bad with their system, allowing them to choose the level of repair or upgrade they desire. Mike was easy to communicate with, on time for appointment, and did a great job for a reasonable price! I was actually expecting the repair to be much more expensive (and I think would have been with other companies). He found the problem quickly and was up front with pricing and scope of work throughout the process to repair a break in the line to one of my zones. Will definitely plan on using in the future!

The work quality was excellent. Mike has worked for big named sprinkler companies and knows the business inside and out. He was on time, did the work he said he would do, for the price he said. Unlike my experience with a big name company's (un-named here for legal reasons). He worked on my sprinkler system three times. 1 Once to replace broken heads, 2 once to setup WiFi sprinkler timer control, (and he patiently help me deal with my computer, then deal on the phone with Comcast and then the timer control). 3 was to blowout and winterize my system. Since he works for himself and makes his own schedule he is able to be more flexible than others.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 75 for the 1st hour, 60 there after. Part runs when needed are never billed for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them. Ask a few simple question about locations of things( back flow, clock, valve boxes) I will usually run a system check unless the problem is obvious and the only reason I am there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Expired CLT( commerical certification in irrigation)
