- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 75 for the 1st hour, 60 there after. Part runs when needed are never billed for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them. Ask a few simple question about locations of things( back flow, clock, valve boxes) I will usually run a system check unless the problem is obvious and the only reason I am there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Expired CLT( commerical certification in irrigation)
