Pedram Amin was responsive on a Saturday morning, 6-14 to my critical deadline for home inspection objection due on 6-17. Out of eight Engineers I contacted on Friday & Saturday only two responded (only three ever called back at all.)
He was the one that scheduled me on Monday, 6-16 for inspection. The cost/value was exceptional for request, evaluation, and report. The other contractor was $200 higher and couldn't get to me until after my deadline.
I expected the written report findings the following day but Pedram completed report on the structural findings the same day of inspection.
He was able to give me a contact contractor to fix the problem of the leaning beam.
Pedram also practiced social distancing, mask, proper distance while conversing with me on his verbal findings, collecting payment, and providing contractor contact name/number, which is extremely important if you're high risk.
I will use him again and refer to others in need of a StructuralEngineer.
This is ten stars service and exceeded the three factors that your'e allowing to choose from.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For remodeling projects we first inspect the house to investigate the existing structure conditions. Then we design the new frames to replace existing walls.
