- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite consultations in our service area are $350 Sealed engineering opinion letters start at $250 As a team, we split the tasks differently by role; and most projects are a mix. Typical pricing is: $90/hr for drafting $120/hr for associate engineering (the bulk of most projects) $200 for Principal engineering
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a free phone discussion. Sometimes, an onsite survey/inspection is required. Other times, with the correct info/documents, we can perform services without going onsite. We are always available to answer questions as they come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and architecture. In addition, we are licensed in several states including CO to perform work.
