- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite consultations in our service area are $350 Sealed engineering opinion letters start at $250 Design plans and forensic reports combine hourly rates from $90/hr for drafting to principal engineering at $200/hr. The bulk of most projects are associate engineering at $120/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a free phone discussion. Sometimes, an onsite survey/inspection is required. Other times, with the correct info/documents, we can perform services without going onsite. We are always available to answer questions as they come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and architecture. In addition, we are licensed in several states including CO to perform work.
