This turned out to be a very quick, simple fix and no new parts were needed, so $180 seems wildly overpriced. They also ask if you want to tip on top of that. In hindsight, I should have just gone to Youtube. Update: The manager reached out to me and agreed that the cost exceeded the work required for the quick repair and offered a partial refund. I appreciate this business practice, as you don't find that everywhere. That is the reason for the change from 3 stars to 5."See more
