I came to Badr after a having a few bad experiences. I had to complete an unexpected move quickly and was exhausted. I needed help. I’m not one of those people who hire everything out. I actually love putting furniture together and building things but I was at capacity. Badr was not the cheapest quote but he was fair and gave me an estimation of how long it would take that was in fact within 30 minutes of when he did complete it. He knows furniture and he knows his ability. Your home. Your family. Your safe place. You need someone you can depend on and trust. Badr is that person. Let’s break it down. He said he would arrive are 9AM and arrived at 8:58 AM, with tools, ready to work. He was thoughtful enough to take off his shoes without me having to ask. He didn’t have a lot of questions but when he did, he didn’t hesitate to ask rather than assume. Badr worked methodically through an extremely complex bunkbed build. I didn’t even know how complicated it was until I downloaded the assembly book. We’ve all been there. What you ordered verses what you got, right? Well in this case what I got was in fact BETTER. Sturdy, heavy, well made materials…but complicated. Badr got all of the pieces upstairs and did a truly exceptional job. What mattered most to me was his honesty and integrity. Like I mentioned earlier, I’ve been having some bad experiences. I felt like nobody would just be honest with me and follow through so I am grateful that Badr was different. I know the bunk bed will be safe and strong for my daughter to climb in and out of. Thanks Badr!"See more
