I’m very fair. I don’t want to walk away feeling as if you been taken advantage of
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to introduce myself and conduct a consultation (hopefully in person) to determine exactly what they need and the things they will need to get it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in audio production so sound is generally my thing. Being that I have so many electricians that are friends. I picked up the training from them instead of going back to school.
