- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For static or fixed objects, we charge $97 for full video in 4K. This can be done in standard or horizontal format. This is ideal for home listings, business exteriors, roofs, landscaping. For moving events, races, parties, - any format where the subjects are moving, then we charge $125 for up to 15 minutes of footage from a variety of angles and aspects, based on customer desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial meeting so we can learn about the customers expectations and goals. We also look at our schedule to make sure that we are free for that particular time. This can be done over the phone. Then, we send a written proposal by email, and if agreed to that will be the price. No hidden fees. One price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hundreds of hours of filming houses, neighborhoods, open space, animals, cars, and races. Time in the air is the most important training that one can have when it comes to delivering the perfect angle from the sky.
