There is a $65 trip charge. The cost of the work depends on the type and scope of the job. When a permit is required, permit fees vary based on the work being performed. I explain the recommended work and pricing before work begins so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by sending a description of the issue, your location, and a few photos. I’ll ask questions to understand the problem, assess the plumbing, and explain the available options and pricing before work begins. My focus is on addressing the cause, completing clean, reliable work, and keeping you informed throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed master plumber with 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing and heating. My experience includes pipe and leak repairs, drains, fixtures, water heaters, tankless systems, and boilers.
