- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For us one of the main joys is being able to connect with our customers. We are honored to be a part of people's very special celebrations in life! Via Thumbtack our process is generally to send a quote, solicit more specific information about the project, then we like to send a proposal via email and maybe schedule a phone call to discuss options. After the proposal has been worked to suit the exact needs of our clients we send over a contract, take a deposit and BAM you have yourself some incredible desserts!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rene was educated at the University of Denver and has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly a decade, from restaurants to wedding planning. Sammy was educated at Johnson and Wales University in their culinary and pastry program, she's the queen of the kitchen and master of all things flavorful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with everyone from engaged couples to non-profits to venues and small businesses. We love them all!
