Samm is a fantastic chef and all around great human being! She was very patient with our request and helped us make more interesting flavor choices for our wedding cake. She took time to meet with us to discuss our vision, which she then executed flawlessly. The cake turned out to be not only beautiful but delicious as well! Several of my friends have requested her assistance with both large and small events and have been beyond pleased. This has also allowed me to taste a lot of what Samm has to offer :) Her work is consistent and she's so easy to talk with and work with. I highly recommend her and can't wait til I get to try more of her offerings!

I worked with Samm at Root Down and at some private events. Samm is one of those unique artists that presents beautiful and delicious food but also does it on time and in budget. I would gladly work with her again or hire her for any of my cooking needs. She is friendly and professional. I would recommend her highly.
