Jessica kept me on schedule and was absolutely easily available whenever I had questions or concerns. Our first initial meeting was all about my vision and what I wanted the party to look like. After that, we had several meetings to make sure we were on track. She went over everything with me from what the plating of the food would look like to the photobooth backdrop. From my party timeline to what kind of table my four tier cake needed. I absolutely would recommend Jessica as a party planner! I wouldn't trade her for any other party planner!"See more

I can’t thank this entire team more than enough for making a DIY Brides dream come true. Every detail looks like my Pinterest board! They not only set up my decor, and tent. They set up my entire day for success from set up to the rehearsal! They made the entire day go round and help ease any stressors I experienced. Our officiant showed up late and Debra was immediately ready to step in and the entire team helped me remain calm. They still got everything up and going and kept us on schedule the entire night one our officiant showed. Again I can’t thank you all enough. I hired Trenda as our wedding day-of-coordinator, and she did a great job. Her fees were budget-friendly, and she had fantastic ideas and connections to save us money. She even picked up our linens for us on her way to the venue to save us money on the delivery. She was very responsive by phone/email to answer any questions/concerns I had while I planned my wedding, and showed up prepared and on time during all our walk-throughs and vendor coordination. Her caterer suggestion turned out excellent. She also has many decorative pieces on hand that can be rented inexpensively rather than purchasing - her rental fees beat purchasing wholesale. Day-of coordination went smoothly and beautifully, even with a significant, unexpected problem with table arrangements that was due to venue staff errors. Our guests commented on what a fun time they had and how beautiful the venue was - the last-minute restructuring of seating arrangements before guests were seated worked out just fine. Finally, Trenda and the caterer went out of their way to make sure my husband, wedding party and I got food/drink and were not hungry or lacking. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because, while Trenda did do most of the decorating/set up, there was some decorating that my friends/family had to do before the wedding because Trenda did not have the capacity to do it by herself and 1-2 other assistants. Our wedding was about 60-65 people including the wedding party - not huge. I was also told by a family member that she seemed to have a short-tempered response to them when they were trying to help set up before the wedding. I also felt she was short with me a few times. However, I chalk that up to Trenda having a straight-to-the-point, get-it-done personality... which is probably a good quality to have in this business.
