Trenda did amazing work! She quickly took it upon herself to view the venue for our event and quoted us with details short after. The lighting was magical, the center pieces had real roses that were beautifully put together, and the lay out was exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic overall.

I hired Trenda as our wedding day-of-coordinator, and she did a great job. Her fees were budget-friendly, and she had fantastic ideas and connections to save us money. She even picked up our linens for us on her way to the venue to save us money on the delivery. She was very responsive by phone/email to answer any questions/concerns I had while I planned my wedding, and showed up prepared and on time during all our walk-throughs and vendor coordination. Her caterer suggestion turned out excellent. She also has many decorative pieces on hand that can be rented inexpensively rather than purchasing - her rental fees beat purchasing wholesale. Day-of coordination went smoothly and beautifully, even with a significant, unexpected problem with table arrangements that was due to venue staff errors. Our guests commented on what a fun time they had and how beautiful the venue was - the last-minute restructuring of seating arrangements before guests were seated worked out just fine. Finally, Trenda and the caterer went out of their way to make sure my husband, wedding party and I got food/drink and were not hungry or lacking. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because, while Trenda did do most of the decorating/set up, there was some decorating that my friends/family had to do before the wedding because Trenda did not have the capacity to do it by herself and 1-2 other assistants. Our wedding was about 60-65 people including the wedding party - not huge. I was also told by a family member that she seemed to have a short-tempered response to them when they were trying to help set up before the wedding. I also felt she was short with me a few times. However, I chalk that up to Trenda having a straight-to-the-point, get-it-done personality... which is probably a good quality to have in this business.
