- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price most of our projects on an individual basis. This is usually a flat rate and sometimes the scale of the project decreases or increases depending on factors such as location and visual style. We work within a client's budget. Therefore it is very important to have a realistic budget upfront for us to work with. There times we do hourly work for jobs such as events or weddings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first item on the checklist for a new client is to make sure we are both on the same page. The first meeting should end with a clear vision of what the video should be. We help the client tweak their idea to maximize the videos power. Budget is very important, and sometimes certain aspects of a video are just not possible on the clients budget. We work closely with them to find alternative ways that fit within the budget. We make sure to ask all the right questions so the end result surpasses the clients expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We spend as much time as we can devote to perfecting our craft and learning techniques. Whether it's though online courses or seminars that one to town, we always make time to learn and grow.
