- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll price work, before doing the work and I’ll take payment after the work is finished. This leaves a customer knowing that the project is complete with the way they like the project. Although certain factors can alternate pricing like paint removal and other things like screen repairs. It’s great to always count Windows, Screens & Tracks. Just know when we detail we will take more time to finish a job with quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A standard wash is great but an above and beyond job is exceeding the standard.

Working in the cleaning industry for over 10 years now.
