In an industry filled with high-priced mediocrity, and worse, it's a relief to know there are still some honest contractors out there. People who do what they say, when they say will, for a price that's fair and reasonable. Kraftwork is just such a business. I have a property that needed new windows. The job was a custom job. I called Kraftwork and James, the owner, came out that very day. He was professional, intelligent, and seemed to intuit exactly the correct solution to my problem. He really held my hand through the process--I ask a lot of questions and have trouble pulling the trigger. James is patient and brings a great sense of humor to the proceedings. In the end, James came out and truly managed the job. His standards for quality were higher than mine, and I got the sense it was a matter of personal pride for him that the job was done right. I was thrilled with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to let Kraftwork set you straight.

We had a new composite deck and 23 windows replaced by Kraftwork design and we could not be happier! The price was right and the quality of the product and installation was even better. Thank you Kraftwork, we love it!!
