I had a great experience with Luminous. I used thumbtack to reach out directly to them and got a response very quickly. They scheduled with me for just two days later. Jonathan came that morning, removed the broken parts, located the replacements, went and picked them up and fixed it all that morning. They use a very efficient communication service which clearly confirmed my appointment and let me know they were on the way.
Electrician showed up on time. Listened to the description of the issue. Resolved the issue and put everything back to where is was.

Had the team check out a malfunctioning ring doorbell- ended up replacing the entire power supply but it was a quick fix. A few weeks later when we had the same issue they sent the same technician to evaluate and he was fair and it was free for him to give estimate. Appreciate the help!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an all in one pricing and offer discounts for seniors and military.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians are members of the IBEW who does continues training with most of them coming through the IBEW apprenticeship which is roughly 3-5 years of training before coming a journeyman electrician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The two owners are IBEW electricians who spun off to run their own shop. They have years of experience on their own and it’s only grown with the amazing team they have around them.
