- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/hr provides me an another worker if needed. I also do pricing by the sqft if you prefer? I am below the industry standards per sqft, because I have a smaller company. I don't have as much overhead!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do a over the phone consultation, then schedule for a time to do a free bid if needed. I normally do labor for my bids and customer will pay for the materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am HVAC certified. I went to Westwood college, and have continued to hone my skills for the past 22 years!
