We contacted Integral Designs after seeing their work in our son’s bathroom and kitchen. We were impressed with the quality, detail, and satisfaction he had with his remodeling projects completed by InRed.
Our experience was equally satisfying for our bathroom remodel. Our intent was to update the 1996 original bathroom with no concrete idea of what we wanted. Thankfully, with Sandy’s design experience and taking in our thoughts on color, she created a design we liked.
During the project we were very happy with the courtesy of the workers, attention to detail by Marco, and eagerness by everyone in the company to satisfy us with any requests we had.
Now that our remodel is complete, we have been enjoying the quality work and improvements to our main bathroom. The updated shower with bench and glass doors, the upgraded stand alone tub, and the new shelving are just part of the whole design that made this remodel worth our time & money invested.
We are very satisfied with everything Integral Design & Remodel provided throughout our bathroom remodel and highly recommend them.

Sandy and her crew worked wonders on my kitchen remodel. Sandy is the epitome of professionalism, keeping me in the loop on every single detail from start to finish. And they weren't just careful with the kitchen—they treated my whole house like it was their own. Covered everything up nice and neat to keep it all safe. But here's the kicker: they went above and beyond. See, I had this pesky leak in one of my bathrooms, and Sandy didn't hesitate to lend a hand. I had a loft remodeled recently. Sandy and Marcos did a phenomenal job, turning a blank slate two-story loft into an urban delight. My favorite is the tiled brick wall that was added to reinforce the idea of a loft.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time of work.- how long time the contractors will take doing tos work . So the customers can deduct if the price is fair or not.
Fees.- What type of fees the customer has to pay and why? Because there’s some fees that don’t correspond paying from the customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all asking them about needed and suggesting some drowning designs ideas from the owner and mine as well.
Second.- Following the drowning ideas and work on an estimate that fitting on their ideas and budget as well.
Third.- Once the estimate budget is approved we asking customers stating purchase all main supplies as long as they want to do that. We don’t ask for money in advance as long is customers take care about supplies. In case they want me to take care about supplies as well I usually ask them 15% - 25% as money in advance.
Fourth.- Once all supplies arrived to the customers house I give them a certain date starting and finished time.
Fifth.- We usually starting work on the project and once we advanced more than a half of the entire work we ask some money in advance then we don’t ask more moms in advance until we’ve finished.
