I’m so glad I found Colorado Custom Flooring to complete our basement project! We were moving into our new home and decided to have the carpet in the basement replaced with luxury vinyl planks. I was on a tight timeline and they came out same day for an estimate and completed the project next day!!! It was so impressive how quickly they moved on it, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. They are very professional, detailed, communicative and kind. We bought materials through them as well and love how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Rupert and his team came in after some work had already started on flooring which was unsatisfactory. He evaluated the progress and recommended next steps.
Furthermore, I’m OCD and recognized that immediately. It can be challenging to come across someone who has the soft skills to recognize how particular someone can be and he helped ease my worries on the flooring by having his team take ownership of the job.
Needless to say, the flooring came out beautiful and basement is almost ready for final inspection. I will definitely hire Rupert and his team for flooring in the main levels of my home.

Great experience. Guys were to show up at 10am and they were there at 9. They laid down around 600sq ft of carpet, including stairs, in around 3 hours. They hauled away all my old carpet and then vacuumed and cleaned the area thoroughly. Very professional Al. Couldn’t be more pleased with overall experience.

The Junior and his crew were absolutely great
They worked very hard cleaned up They even put out our lights The molding person even added all the door stoppers to ours doors. We are getting carpet now for the basement from them

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not Charge extra fees for removing and hauling away Carpet.
We also sell flooring if you are looking to purchase flooring and installation!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a in person appointment for a free estimation. Second we send out a invoice and with approval of the estimate from the customer, we will contact the costumer for a date for installation and usually have the job done within a day.
