Buyer beware. Showed up initially, had enthusiasm and communicated well. Eventually over time, he started to make excuse after excuse. Had trouble hiring reliable help. I offered many times to pitch in with labor. He kept asking for more money which I reluctantly paid. I wanted to trust him, and to some degree I did, but he betrayed that trust and stopped showing up. Luckily I'd paid him with my credit card initially. It was a long shot, since it had been many months since the project started, but I was able to show enough evidence that my credit card company honored the charge back. Ultimately he still got the better end of the deal because I didn't reverse the full charge. I tried to be as fair as possible. I contacted him many many times before reversing the charge. As soon as the charge back went through he immediately reached out again. Too little too late. It's unfortunate. I really liked Zeb as a person, but how he handled his business and client relations was simply unprofessional and unfair. Do _not_ pay him with cash if you plan to hire him. I do genuinely hope that whatever personal stuff he's dealing with clears up. He's a nice enough guy, but the unreliability and lack of communication is a deal breaker when it comes to business.

I would highly recommend zeb and his team they did an amazing job with my backyard project!! You definitely get what you pay for with this company. He took his time and worked with my deadline. He also helped me pick out some amazing materials when I lacked knowledge and guidance in that area. 10/10!

I got a Pretty bad impression of this company. I contacted this company for a consult, and I took the afternoon off from work to make this consult and they no showed me. I message them, and they tell me something came up. Okay, thanks guys. Then, some lady calls me on their behalf and left me a message saying they have an opening on Tuesday next week at three. However, I didn’t get a chance to even call her back to confirm. Fast forward to Tuesday, the guy named Dan, shows up unanticipated on my part and I’m on the phone. He called me, left me a message. Said he was there, and left after five minutes. I called back a few minutes later. I Asked if he could come back, but he said no because he waited five minutes and left for his next appt. He didn’t even bother walking up to my front door to ring the doorbell. My partner has direct view of the front door from his office, and the guy never even walked up. I guess waiting on me for five minutes is too much for him. Well that’s how important you make your potential customers feel. At the end of the day, I’m glad it didn’t work out because it probably wouldn’t of gotten done since their five minutes is more important then my entire afternoon I took off from work to meet them.

Details: Larger projects in current landscape (e.g. plant trees, install sprinkler) • Lay grass or sod • Install or repair sprinklers • Patio • Walkway • Retaining wall • Boulders or stones • Back yard • No, one-time project • Home
