- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, set up a free consultation. Based on your goals I will recommend 1-4 training sessions/week. Sessions can range from 70-80/session for 1-hour sessions! I also provide a custom nutrition plan, and no membership is needed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a free 60min fitness consultation so I can learn about you, your body, and goals! Then we can come up with a schedule and go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
