I enjoy the process and teaching people how to make small positive changes in their life to help them achieve what they thought wasn't possible. Seeing the changes that occur physically are great but I get more excited when you can see someone regain their confidence and grow into a much stronger person.

Chris is a very nice guy who doesn't push you to the extreme but is still motivating and inspiring to keep you going. After just 4 months I have seen great improvement and will continue to use Chris and his gym. Everyone is nice and gets along well, and Chris is very knowledgeable in his routines.

I have only been training with Chris for a month or so but I am that confident in him to write a review already. Chris is truly an excellent trainer--professional and dependable. I stopped working out for a few years and needed the push to get back at it. Chris is the perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goal setting. He pays close attention to form/movements to ensure no pain or injuries. I appreciate that. Every workout is different and awesome. He is the real deal. Thank you, Chris, for pushing me every single workout!

I started with Chris in January 2016. In March, little did Chris know, he was going to have his work cut out for him as I definitely added some challenges to our workouts. Chris is a very kind and caring person. His passion and knowledge for health and fitness are inspiring. I can't imagine going through my hurdles without Chris pushing and supporting me during each workout. Chris watches every squat, every lunge, every shoulder press, every crunch, etc. to make sure I am working the correct muscles and my form is perfect to avoid injury. Before every workout, he asks how I’m feeling and how’s my eating. Chris has also helped me with nutrition and workouts outside the gym, making changes in diet where we see necessary. His patience and positive attitude have kept me motivated and wanting more out of my workouts. Working out with Chris has been amazing, rewarding and above all a life changer. Thank you Chris.

Chris has been an awesome trainer. All of my workouts are catered to the areas of weakness, but have been manageable enough for me to take it at a reasonable pace. Chris has been encouraging, flexible with both price and scheduling, and helpful with equipping me with the right information to make better choices about my diet and lifestyle. I have used Chris's personal training services for over a year now, and I have been thoroughly impressed. Every session is unique as he brings an interesting variety of exercises to match my personal fitness goal. He has a holistic approach to fitness which includes a wealth of advice and information ranging from diet and nutrition to human physiology. He truly has a passion for personal fitness and also keeps up with the latest research in health and fitness. Some things that have impressed me are his attention to detail with proper form and technique. Also, unlike some trainers out there, he gives me 100% of his attention during training sessions and he takes the time to answer all my questions with as much detail as I would like.
